1. Monthly Contracts:

   • Our monthly contracts are billed in advance.
   • Fees are determined based on the scope of services agreed upon with the client.
   • Clients are required to pay the full monthly fee at the beginning of each month.

2. Half-Yearly Contracts:

   • Half-yearly contracts are billed in two installments.
   • The first installment is due at the start of the contract, and the second installment is due three months later.
   • Clients benefit from a discounted rate compared to monthly contracts.

3. Yearly Contracts:

   • Yearly contracts are also billed in two installments.
   • The first installment is due at the start of the contract, and the second installment is due six months later.
   • Yearly contracts offer the highest level of discount compared to monthly and half-yearly contracts.

Payment Terms

1. Invoices:

   • Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 10 days of receipt.
   • Detailed invoices will include a breakdown of services provided and the corresponding fees.

2. Advance Payments:

   • All agency fees must be paid in advance by 1 month.
   • Payment must be made prior to the commencement of services for the upcoming month.

3. Payment Methods:

   • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed upon with the client.
   • All payment details will be provided in the invoice.

4. Late Payments:

   • We avoid late payments or post payments. If the client is unable to pay our agency fees within 10 days of receipt, we can suspend their services at any time without any notice.

Discounts and Special Offers

1. Volume Discounts:

   • Clients who engage in half-yearly or yearly contracts are eligible for discounted rates.
   • The specific discount percentage will be detailed in the contract agreement.

2. Promotional Offers:

   • From time to time, Prashantji Services may offer promotional discounts or special pricing for new clients or specific services.
   • All promotional offers will be communicated clearly and will have defined terms and conditions.

Additional Charges

1. Scope Changes:

   • Any changes to the scope of work that require additional resources or time will be subject to additional charges.
   • Clients will be notified in advance of any additional charges and must approve the changes before work commences.

2. Third-Party Costs:

   • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as advertising fees, software subscriptions, or other expenses, will be billed to the client.
   • These costs will be detailed in the invoice and must be paid within the specified payment terms.

Refunds

1. Monthly Contracts:

   • No refunds will be issued for the current month of service once payment has been processed.

2. Half-Yearly and Yearly Contracts:

   • Refunds for half-yearly or yearly contracts will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the contract, minus any applicable discounts or fees.
   • If the client has opted to pay in two installments, the remaining installment must be paid before the refund is processed.
