Services
Prashantji Services provides a wide range of digital marketing services. Detailed descriptions of each service can be found on our website. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Payment Terms
- Fees: All fees for services provided by Prashantji Services are outlined in the client contract or proposal. Payments must be made in accordance with the terms set out in the contract.
- Invoices: Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 10 days of receipt.
- Payment Type: We take all agency fees in advance by 1 month. We have monthly contracts, half-yearly contracts, or yearly contracts. In half-yearly and yearly contracts, the client can pay in two installments.
- Late Payments: We avoid late payments or post payments. If the client is unable to pay our agency fees within 10 days of receipt, we can suspend their services at any time without any notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed upon with the client.
Client Obligations
- Information Provision: Clients must provide all necessary information and materials required for the completion of services.
- Approval and Review: Clients must review and approve all deliverables in a timely manner.
- Cooperation: Clients must cooperate with Prashantji Services in all matters relating to the services.
Confidentiality
Prashantji Services will not disclose any confidential information provided by the client to any third party without the client’s consent. Confidential information includes any materials or information marked as confidential by the client.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced by Prashantji Services shall remain the property of Prashantji Services until full payment has been received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights shall be transferred to the client.
Termination
- By Client: Clients may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- By Prashantji Services: Prashantji Services may terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect if the client breaches any terms of the agreement.
- Refunds: In the event of termination, any prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded to the client.
Limitation of Liability
Prashantji Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Prashantji Services reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients are deemed to have accepted the terms upon their continued use of the website and services.
