Cancellation by Client

  1. Monthly Contracts:

    • Clients may cancel their monthly contracts by providing a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
    • No refunds will be issued for the current month of service once payment has been processed.
  2. Half-Yearly and Yearly Contracts:

    • Clients may cancel their half-yearly or yearly contracts by providing a 30-day written notice.
    • If the client has opted to pay in two installments, the remaining installment must be paid at the time of cancellation.
    • Refunds for half-yearly or yearly contracts will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the contract, minus any applicable discounts or fees.

Cancellation by Prashantji Services

  1. Breach of Terms:

    • Prashantji Services reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cancel services with immediate effect if the client breaches any terms of the agreement, including non-payment of fees.
    • In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Non-Payment:

    • If the client is unable to pay our agency fees within 10 days of receipt of the invoice, Prashantji Services reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without any notice.
    • No refunds will be issued for services suspended or canceled due to non-payment.

Refund Policy

  1. Monthly Contracts:

    • No refunds will be issued for the current month of service once payment has been processed.

To cancel services, clients must provide written notice via email to info@prashantji.com. The notice must include the client’s name, contact information, and the specific services to be canceled. Prashantji Services will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request and provide further instructions if necessary.
